Healthy Chicken Salad Recipe

Chopped Chicken

Chopped Celery

Chopped red onion

Red Grapes halved

Almonds (You can also use cashew or pecans)

Greek Yogurt

Salt

Pepper

Mix ingredients together and serve on 1 piece of whole grain bread or for a healthier option you can use lettuce or cabbage leaf to wrap chicken salad in. You can add whatever veggies you like to it. Also, if you don’t like grapes you can always try substituting with apples or pears!

If yogurt is a bit tart-I used a TINY bit of stevia to take the bitterness away! Do not over sweeten.. This of course depends on what you like!

*Greek Yogurt is always a better alternative than using Mayo! Greek yogurt doesn’t have any fat in it and is just as tasty 🙂
