Cinnamon Ginger Sweet Potatoes

We love this healthy sweet potato recipe. It makes a great side dish with roasted chicken. We hope you enjoy this recipe. Look forward to more Healthy recipes every Friday.

Ingredients:

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup diced onions

1 Tbsp. minced ginger

4 cloves garlic

6 med. sweet potatoes, peeled & cut into cubes

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 Tbsp. honey

Sea salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Heat in large skillet. Add 1 Tbsp. broth and sautee onions until soft.

Add ginger and garlic

Add potatoes, cinnamon, honey and broth.

Stir, simmer for 15 minutes or until soft. Season with season salt and pepper and Enjoy!
